As a Copywriter and Content Operations Specialist, you will blend creative writing with operational precision to support diverse client needs. Your primary responsibility will be developing clear, engaging content across formats—from short-form social media updates and digital ad copy to long-form blog posts and in-depth whitepapers. Every piece must reflect the brand's voice and align with strategic goals, whether it's driving engagement, supporting SEO, or generating leads.
Content Development & Writing
- Write and refine copy for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, SMS, and digital advertising—including CTV, digital OOH, and banner formats
- Develop SEO-optimized blog content between 1,000 and 2,500 words, ensuring relevance and readability
- Produce detailed whitepapers of 3,000–5,000 words grounded in research and tailored to client audiences
- Create compelling subject lines, preview text, and website copy designed to convert
- Write and refine content briefs to guide long-form development
Operations & Workflow Management
- Upload and schedule content using platforms like Cloud Campaign, Sprout Social, and HubSpot
- Prepare blog posts by integrating stock imagery and publishing through WordPress
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok to enhance copy quality and efficiency
- Generate AI-powered visuals using Canva to support content needs
- Maintain organized digital libraries and ensure consistent file management
- Track project timelines and keep team leads informed of progress
Quality & Collaboration
- Proofread all deliverables to uphold editorial standards and eliminate errors
- Ensure brand voice remains consistent across all content and client accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and respond constructively to feedback
- Conduct research to verify facts and strengthen content credibility
- Support recruitment and coordination of content creators when needed
Qualifications
You bring 2–4 years of copywriting experience in an agency or marketing environment, with a portfolio showcasing versatility across formats. You have strong writing, editing, and research skills, along with a solid grasp of SEO principles. You’re comfortable learning new platforms quickly and are open to using AI as part of the creative process. Experience with WordPress and social media management tools is a plus. You’re self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
