Responsibilities
- Assist key account managers in executing sales plans and meeting revenue goals
- Help organize annual sales meetings and prepare presentation materials for client discussions
- Generate and maintain up-to-date sell-out reports and performance metrics for all assigned regions
- Evaluate return on investment for promotional campaigns and deliver actionable findings
- Examine sales trends by retailer, sales channel, and product variant to detect risks and growth areas
- Deliver on-demand data analysis and reporting tools to guide business decisions
- Support forecasting workflows through data collection, validation, and performance comparison to targets
- Oversee new product launch coordination with retail partners, ensuring accurate and timely submissions
- Handle pricing updates and ensure correct implementation across retailer systems and internal platforms
- Keep product master data accurate and synchronized across all retail partner interfaces
- Distribute planogram changes to retail partners and relevant internal teams
- Coordinate digital asset updates for e-commerce product pages to maintain brand consistency
- Identify, engage, and brief promotional staff for in-store events and activations
- Organize training content and manage its distribution to field representatives and retail partners
- Offer continuous support to beauty counter staff in key retail locations
- Monitor staffing effectiveness and collect feedback to enhance in-store performance

- Must be willing to follow a hybrid work model, combining remote work with 2-3 days per week in the Germany office
- Occasional travel is required to visit major retail accounts and assist with local market initiatives
- Fluency in both written and spoken German and English is essential
