As a Conversational AI Engineer, you'll shape the future of digital interactions by developing advanced chat agents that understand and respond to user needs in real time. What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain AI-driven chat interfaces that resolve customer and internal team inquiries efficiently.
- Connect enterprise systems like CRM platforms with AI models to deliver consistent, secure, and compliant experiences.
- Refine prompt logic and model inputs to improve response accuracy and relevance across use cases.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies to keep systems effective and up to date.
- Build monitoring frameworks to detect errors, prevent misinformation, and maintain trust in automated responses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, Content, and Analytics—to align AI capabilities with business goals and measure impact.
- Apply large language models and machine learning techniques to enhance how systems understand and generate human language.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in software or applications engineering, with at least 2 years focused on conversational AI, chatbots, or agentic systems.
- Hands-on experience integrating CRM platforms—especially Salesforce—with AI and machine learning tools.
- Strong technical foundation in APIs, system integration, and data flow management.
- Experience applying NLP techniques and optimizing model performance through testing and feedback loops.
- Familiarity with QA methodologies and monitoring tools for AI accuracy and reliability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Technology Environment
You’ll work with large language models, machine learning frameworks, conversational AI platforms, and API integrations, with Salesforce as a core system. Your solutions will support scalable, secure, and user-centered automation.
Work Environment
This role supports remote work across all 50 U.S. states. Employees choose their work location, provided it's reported to the company. There is no requirement to work from a central office.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranges from $129,500 to $217,700 annually, depending on location. Additional compensation includes equity awards based on experience, performance, and regional factors.
