Responsibilities
- Design and deploy SCADA systems to monitor processes in real time, manage alarms, and collect operational data.
- Implement Manufacturing Execution Systems integrated with IoT sensors to support predictive maintenance and digital twin models.
- Develop ladder logic and structured text code for PLCs from Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Beckhoff, ensuring reliable and fail-safe operation.
- Create printed circuit board layouts for control systems, conduct functional testing, and perform root cause analysis on failures.
- Design safety interlocks and circuits for high-voltage motor assembly lines, adhering to IEC and internal engineering standards.
- Lead end-of-line automation initiatives, including integration of robotics and vision systems for quality control.
- Use Python and MATLAB to analyze production data and build KPI dashboards aimed at improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to support new product development for electric vehicle inverters and motors.
