As a Contractor Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality support to customers through multiple channels, including phone, chat, email, and social media. Your responsibilities include addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and managing return and refund requests with accuracy and care, all while following established guidelines.

- Guide customers through the purchasing process and troubleshoot order-related issues.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically to build lasting relationships and trust.
- Collaborate effectively across time zones, attending scheduled meetings and meeting agreed-upon deadlines.
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities as the role develops in alignment with team needs.
What We’re Looking For
You bring demonstrated experience in customer service and a track record of working independently while consistently meeting deadlines. Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, Zoom, and Google Meet is an asset, as is prior experience in customer-facing roles.
Technology Environment
You'll work within a modern digital ecosystem including Zoho, Aircall, Shopify, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow management.
Work Structure
This is a remote contractor position with scheduled hours falling between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM Eastern Time. Weekend shifts are part of the rotating schedule, and availability to collaborate across time zones is essential. You must be able to invoice monthly, with payments issued under Net 30 terms.
