Responsibilities
- Review current Workday Learning setup, including learning paths and assignment frameworks
- Collaborate with client representatives to align learning needs with job roles
- Develop scalable logic for assigning and routing learning content in Workday
- Set up learning campaigns, audience groups, assignments, and conditional rules
- Assist in integrating SCORM and AICC content into the revised learning structure
- Perform testing, resolve issues, and validate quality before go-live
- Produce documentation for configurations and assist in client transition
- Work alongside the client’s internal Workday and learning & development teams
