This is a contract position for a Salesforce Administrator supporting a scalable, integrated technology environment for sales and customer success. Working fully remotely, you'll manage key components of Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ, ensuring systems align with evolving business needs across sales, support, and customer success workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of Salesforce configurations related to end-to-end customer lifecycle processes
- Improve sales efficiency and internal operations by refining tools, automation, and data integrity
- Design, implement, and deploy solutions within Salesforce and complementary sales technologies
- Manage a dynamic workload including project portfolios, sprint deliverables, and urgent system updates
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to define requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Translate business needs into technical configurations and functional improvements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Salesforce Sales, Service, and CPQ functionality
- Advise stakeholders on best practices and optimization opportunities across the sales tech stack
Qualifications
Candidates must have at least two years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including managing full project lifecycles from scoping to deployment. You should be proficient in workflow automation, formula logic, release processes, and data management across multiple environments. Strong written and verbal English skills are required, along with legal work authorization in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Mexico.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with sales enablement platforms such as Outreach, Gainsight, FormAssembly, or Highspot
- Salesforce Administrator, CPQ Specialist, or Service Cloud certification
- Fluency in Spanish
Work Environment
This is a fully remote role with no requirement to work from an office. You’ll collaborate with teams across regions while supporting a mission-centered organization dedicated to advancing education outcomes for K–12 students and educators.
