Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain features within a live Craft CMS environment, ensuring frequent code commits and rapid feedback integration
- Support the transition from an outdated CMS to Craft, including redesigning user interfaces and experiences, with a target launch in mid-2026
- Collaborate directly with client-side engineers and product designers to advance technical projects and maintain high team performance
- Guide team members through knowledge sharing and mentorship to foster professional development
- Present work regularly in team demonstrations to showcase progress and gather input
- Ensure system reliability and uphold operational standards in accordance with service level agreements
- Evaluate and apply emerging technologies, including AI tools, when they provide measurable improvements to workflows or outcomes
