Responsibilities
- Convert intricate program policies and operational requirements into clear, actionable software specifications for various teams using Salesforce and associated platforms.
- Guarantee that all deliverables entering the development phase are clearly defined, quantifiable, and fully integrated with development and testing workflows.
- Collaborate with senior analysts, program teams, project leads, Salesforce administrators, internal and external developers, and quality assurance or user acceptance testing partners.
- Promote clear understanding, minimize revisions, and enable reliable delivery results throughout the project lifecycle—from initial request to final release.
- Establish organized processes, clear documentation, and a unified reference point for UAT, backlog tracking, and solution coordination in dynamic, multi-stakeholder settings.
