We are looking for a Contract Corporate Recruiter to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities across the EMEA region. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define position requirements, and deliver qualified candidates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate roles, from sourcing to offer stage
- Build strong relationships with hiring leads to align on talent goals and hiring timelines
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates
- Guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process with a focus on experience and engagement
- Ensure compliance with regional employment regulations and internal policies
Qualifications
Successful candidates will bring proven experience in corporate recruitment within a multinational environment. You should be skilled in stakeholder communication, assessment techniques, and using applicant tracking systems effectively. Prior experience supporting roles in HR, legal, finance, or communications is highly beneficial.
