Responsibilities
- Coordinate with external partners to identify and verify upcoming project opportunities that require intercompany coordination.
- Collaborate with project and design managers to collect details on project scope, timelines, budgets, staffing, and contract modifications.
- Create and finalize intake documentation in the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform for all supported engagements.
- Prepare and manage intercompany agreements following established internal procedures.
- Facilitate internal review and approval workflows for contracts, ensuring compliance with authorization and governance requirements.
- Track key contract milestones and anticipate events that may lead to changes in scope, renewals, or adjustments.
- Assist in improving internal processes and share knowledge across the team.
- Carry out additional administrative and contractual duties as needed.
