AECOM is hiring a Contract Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with external partners to identify and verify upcoming project opportunities that require intercompany coordination.
  • Collaborate with project and design managers to collect details on project scope, timelines, budgets, staffing, and contract modifications.
  • Create and finalize intake documentation in the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform for all supported engagements.
  • Prepare and manage intercompany agreements following established internal procedures.
  • Facilitate internal review and approval workflows for contracts, ensuring compliance with authorization and governance requirements.
  • Track key contract milestones and anticipate events that may lead to changes in scope, renewals, or adjustments.
  • Assist in improving internal processes and share knowledge across the team.
  • Carry out additional administrative and contractual duties as needed.
