Responsibilities
- Develop, revise, and publish Help Center articles using plain, accessible language that reflects brand voice and meets quality benchmarks.
- Implement content plans to support the release of new products and feature enhancements, ensuring timely delivery by launch dates.
- Work with teams across marketing, engineering, product, and legal to collect necessary information and obtain required approvals.
- Maintain and update content in a content management system, including organizing articles and applying fundamental HTML formatting.
- Enhance content for improved clarity, usability, and user satisfaction based on performance feedback.
- Deliver content on strict deadlines with high precision and accuracy.
- Share regular status updates with stakeholders and proactively address missing or unclear content.
- Participate in recurring internal practice group meetings.
- Partner with the practice team on developing thought leadership in the industry.
- Produce client success stories and educational resources such as blog posts and multimedia content.
- Create materials to support the Digital Transformation service area.
- Attend company-hosted networking events, both in person and online.
- Engage with leadership on accelerated career development opportunities.
