Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a unified content strategy across digital platforms including web, social media, email, advertising, and product-related storytelling.
- Design content models focused on consumer packaged goods in the food and beverage space, emphasizing product education, health or usage benefits, trust-building, and driving customer action.
- Work hand-in-hand with creative and marketing departments to shape campaign ideas, write scripts, craft landing page copy, and develop overarching brand stories.
- Perform regular reviews of existing content and competitive landscape to uncover content gaps, strategic openings, and distinctive messaging angles.
- Plan and manage editorial schedules and content workflows for new product rollouts, seasonal promotions, and multi-channel marketing efforts.
- Enhance content for search visibility, user interaction, and conversion rates while maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.
- Guide visual content production, including photo and video shoots, and shape storytelling approaches for influencers and user-generated content targeting CPG shoppers.
- Leverage analytics and performance metrics to continuously improve messaging strategies, content impact, and audience expansion.
- Coordinate with conversion rate optimization, paid media, and customer retention teams to align messaging across all stages of the customer journey.
