Role Overview
This position supports a worldwide Content + Brand team by accelerating content creation using AI-powered tools and streamlined workflows. The ideal candidate will help turn ideas into published assets efficiently, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging blogs, email content, landing pages, and both long and short-form campaign materials
- Convert webinars, research findings, and regulatory updates into accessible, high-performing content
- Adapt in-depth content into formats suitable for multiple platforms to increase reach and return
- Assist senior writers with background research, expert interviews, and initial drafts
- Ensure smooth progression of content from concept to publication on schedule
- Apply AI technologies to speed up drafting, summarizing, and reformatting while following brand guidelines
- Develop standardized prompt templates and automated workflows for recurring content types
- Spot inefficiencies in current processes and suggest automation solutions
- Collaborate with an AI-focused designer to improve creative output and speed
- Evaluate new AI tools, test capabilities, and document effective practices
- Manage workflow tracking and updates in Monday.com
- Coordinate clear transitions between writers, editors, designers, and stakeholders
- Handle final uploads of assets to the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
- Maintain consistent file naming, metadata tagging, and version tracking
- Notify internal teams of new content availability and support adoption
- Contribute to performance tracking and basic analytics reporting
- Ensure all published content is properly stored in the DAM and synchronized with sales tools
- Support campaign rollouts with timely delivery of digital assets
