Pavago's client, a fast-growing fintech company, is hiring a Content Marketing Manager to build brand authority in the cross-border payments space. You will own the complete content marketing function and drive organic growth through strategic storytelling and a strong digital presence.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy focused on fintech brand authority.
- Create long-form articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, case studies, and AI-powered video content.
- Manage organic presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and diaspora platforms.
- Launch and manage a branded podcast or webinar series for thought leadership.
- Execute a digital PR strategy with media outreach and speaking opportunities.
- Build a foundational SEO strategy and optimize on-page content for organic growth.
- Nurture digital communities within fintech and cross-border payment ecosystems.
- Maintain a rolling 30-day content calendar with consistent execution.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of digital marketing or content-driven brand growth experience.
- A proven content marketing portfolio with measurable organic growth impact.
- Strong storytelling ability and exceptional written English skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven video content tools (Gemini, Vio, SmartViti).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO fundamentals.
- Organic social media strategy and execution experience across multiple platforms.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote work setup.
