Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing and enhancing customer feedback initiatives across brands, including surveys linked to critical customer touchpoints
- Develop, update, and resolve issues in survey systems, automated processes, and integrations using Qualtrics and related platforms
- Plan, initiate, and oversee on-demand surveys and research efforts in collaboration with departments such as marketing and product
- Examine both numerical and descriptive research data to detect patterns, emerging needs, and practical customer insights
- Produce structured reports and presentations that convert data into clear, strategic recommendations for business units
- Communicate findings to interdisciplinary teams and support stakeholders in understanding research outcomes
- Work with internal groups across various business areas to fulfill their research demands and focus on high-priority projects
- Coordinate with the insights team to strengthen internal expertise and minimize dependence on outside resources when feasible
- Ensure precision and uniformity in conducting research, managing data, and delivering reports
- Support team-wide initiatives that align with organizational goals and strategic planning
- Carry out additional tasks and targeted assignments as directed
