Requirements
- Advanced university degree in Education, Social Sciences, International Development, or a related discipline, with a focus on inclusive education considered advantageous.
- At least four years of professional experience in online learning or capacity-building initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multilingual communication and participant support in international training, particularly involving individuals from low- and middle-income countries.
- Proven background in designing, delivering, or supporting online and blended learning formats.
- Experience collaborating with international organizations such as UN agencies, NGOs, or comparable institutions.
- Fluency in English, French, and Portuguese, both written and spoken, is required.
- Capacity to produce clear, concise, and engaging communications in English, French, and Portuguese.
- Experience facilitating and moderating online discussion forums and promoting participant engagement.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to coordinate with varied stakeholders including course teams, facilitators, interpreters, and learners.
- Solid analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and adhere to strict timelines.
- Cultural awareness and experience working with diverse teams across multiple geographic regions.
- High level of attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality outputs.
- Strong organizational and project coordination competencies.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle) and collaborative platforms like Google Drive and SharePoint.
- Experience managing assessment tools, participant tracking systems, and grading processes.
- Skill in preparing structured reports, schedules, and evaluation materials.
- Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation frameworks in educational or training contexts.
- Experience offering real-time technical support during live virtual sessions such as webinars, office hours, and roundtables.
- Familiarity with video conferencing platforms including Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to promptly and efficiently resolve technical or logistical issues encountered by participants.
Nice to Have
- Prior engagement in disability-inclusive education initiatives or education sector planning at national or global levels.
- Experience supporting learners with disabilities to ensure equitable access to online education.
- Previous work with IIEP-UNESCO on related projects.
- Knowledge of UNESCO's educational frameworks and IIEP's methodological approaches.
- Experience conducting post-training evaluations, participant surveys, and reporting on engagement outcomes.
Compensation
Payment is conditional on the satisfactory completion of deliverables in a timely manner.
Work Arrangement
Part-time, remote engagement with an average of 3 days per week.

- An average engagement of 3 days per week is expected during that period.
