Responsibilities
- Deliver client projects on-site or remotely, defining the structure and framework of outputs while producing complex, high-quality deliverables
- Oversee tasks, timelines, and workflows for self and team members, setting priorities and coordinating with stakeholders
- Apply advanced knowledge of methodologies to guide team members in creating client materials using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Access, MS Project, and Visio, while designing core project outputs
- Communicate complex concepts, key decisions, and critical issues to both internal teams and client stakeholders, including mid-level and executive management
- Conduct in-depth research and business analysis using qualitative and quantitative data to develop customized solutions for client challenges
- Lead and inspire team members by fostering collaboration and supporting professional growth
- Build trust with clients by challenging existing approaches and offering strategic alternatives that strengthen relationships
- Establish project structures and manage one or more concurrent assignments, ensuring consistent progress and follow-through
- Report on project status, including progress, dependencies, risks, and overall health of initiatives
- Lead individual workstreams within large-scale projects and take full responsibility for smaller, standalone projects
- Maintain centralized project repositories to ensure all documentation and information is accessible and up to date
- Support firmwide initiatives in practice development, thought leadership, and talent growth
- Develop and maintain a strong grasp of core business principles, challenges, and industry-specific knowledge to build functional expertise
- Deepen expertise in a particular domain, sector, or business issue to enhance advisory capabilities
- Help create and refine new service offerings within areas of specialization
- Lead internal knowledge-sharing efforts to ensure effective transfer of skills and insights across the organization
- Design and execute business transformations that improve functionality, performance, and operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with clients to build high-impact solutions that elevate their operational capabilities and market position
- Independently create business proposals and presentation materials
- Identify, track, and assess potential business development opportunities
- Share relevant market intelligence and prospect updates with managers, teams, and business leaders
- Lead project teams both internally and at client locations
