Responsibilities
- Lead consultant onboarding and integration processes
- Develop and maintain performance evaluation frameworks
- Coordinate regular communication between internal teams and consultants
- Oversee consultant training and compliance initiatives
- Serve as primary point of contact for consultant inquiries
- Monitor consultant engagement and satisfaction
- Align consultant activities with client service objectives
- Manage escalation protocols for consultant-related issues
- Support the development of consultant-facing resources
- Facilitate feedback loops between consultants and internal stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory standards
- Optimize workflows involving external consultants
- Track key performance indicators related to consultant output
- Collaborate with legal and HR on consultant agreements
- Drive continuous improvement in consultant management practices
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in business or healthcare administration
- Experience in fertility or reproductive healthcare services
- Background managing global consultant networks
- Knowledge of international benefits regulations
