Responsibilities
- Perform a comprehensive review of the health and development environment across Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan, covering national health priorities, donor-supported initiatives, and major implementing organizations.
- Engage with key stakeholders through consultations and virtual discussions, including government bodies, donor agencies, United Nations offices, international non-governmental organizations, and local entities, to confirm data accuracy and explore collaboration opportunities.
- Evaluate donor funding patterns and future financing prospects at both regional and national levels, with attention to multilateral, bilateral, and private philanthropic sources.
- Coordinate closely with the Asia, Middle East, and Europe regional team to align insights and suggestions with organizational expertise and long-term objectives.
- Develop a strategic framework for regional engagement, summarizing critical insights, priority areas, potential alliances, and actionable recommendations.

- Fluency in English required
- Working proficiency in Russian and/or relevant national languages (e.g., Uzbek, Tajik, Kazakh) is highly desirable
- Ability to work primarily remotely
- Availability to support in-person coordination or meetings if required
- Highly self-directed with strong time management skills
- Ability to deliver high-quality outputs within tight timelines
