Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
You bring a strong background in customer-facing roles within B2B environments, with a focus on strategic relationship management and measurable outcomes. Success in this position requires sharp analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience guiding clients through the full lifecycle of success planning.
- Minimum of 8 years in Customer Success or related fields, preferably in fast-growing technology organizations.
- Proven ability to manage complex programs and influence stakeholders at executive levels.
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail and a track record of delivering high client satisfaction.
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish language skills are an asset.
