As a Construction Success Manager, you'll partner directly with construction teams to ensure they get the most out of a powerful field management platform. Your expertise will help clients implement the software effectively, streamline workflows, and improve collaboration across project phases.
What You’ll Do
- Develop deep knowledge of the platform and industry best practices to guide client onboarding and configuration
- Assess client workflows and technology environments to support smooth integration into daily operations
- Support a diverse portfolio of clients, from initial setup through ongoing optimization
- Deliver engaging training sessions, both remotely and on-site, tailored to different roles and experience levels
- Build trusted relationships by understanding client goals and addressing challenges with practical solutions
- Collaborate with product teams by sharing user insights and feedback to inform future development
- Provide timely support to resolve technical questions and improve user experience
What We’re Looking For
- At least three years of hands-on experience in construction, with exposure to both field operations and office management
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with teams at all levels
- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with construction project lifecycles, from planning through completion
- Understanding of how general contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders collaborate to meet schedule and budget goals
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client-specific needs
- Fluency in both Dutch and English
- Willingness to thrive in a fast-moving, innovative environment
