Responsibilities
- Complete accountability and direction for entire project, from pre-construction phase to completion and is the primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
- Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
- Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout.
- Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.
Requirements
- Professional with a strong track record of selling, developing, and successfully delivering complex healthcare facilities
- Experience in healthcare construction projects including hospitals, ambulatory care centers, medical office buildings, and related clinical environments
