Responsibilities
- Organizes procurement, delivery, and placement of materials and equipment needed for grid-related tasks.
- Maintains and oversees tool storage and emergency inventory to guarantee field teams have necessary resources.
- Conducts site inspections and records safety data while complying with all safety protocols and regulations.
- Ensures grid records reflect current grounding practices and that insulated protective gear is properly dated and tested.
- Collaborates with facilities staff on safe storage of hazardous and flammable substances and maintains clean work environments at grid locations.
- Assists in verifying contractor billing for traffic control services through the Ariba system.
- Helps organize and manage operational meetings including team-wide, patrol, and supervisory gatherings.
- Tracks and supports compliance initiatives tied to training, reporting, audit readiness, and internal or external reviews.
- Serves as backup to production staff by aiding in pre-project logistics such as traffic management and heavy machinery coordination.
- Upholds responsibility across all roles to safeguard physical, financial, and digital assets, and handles sensitive data—including customer, medical, and proprietary information—with integrity and accountability.
