Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integration connectors to support reliable data exchange with external platforms.
- Improve system interoperability with third-party APIs, databases, and software tools.
- Ensure solutions perform well and scale effectively in large enterprise settings.
- Investigate external systems and APIs to develop methods for accessing data from poorly documented sources.
- Manage API authentication protocols, version updates, and cross-system compatibility.
- Maintain consistent connectivity by adapting connectors to changes in external platforms.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize connectors for efficiency and reliability.
- Support resolution of live integration issues in production environments.
- Work with internal teams to diagnose and fix data connectivity challenges.
