About the Role

This role is responsible for maintaining compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations through monitoring, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor adherence to regulatory standards across departments
  • Conduct internal reviews to assess compliance risks
  • Support audit preparation and coordinate responses
  • Maintain compliance documentation and tracking systems
  • Interpret regulatory changes and advise stakeholders
  • Collaborate with legal and operational teams on policy updates
  • Deliver compliance training to staff and administrators
  • Track deadlines for reporting and certification requirements
  • Investigate compliance concerns raised through reporting channels
  • Assist in developing corrective action plans
  • Ensure alignment with higher education regulatory frameworks
  • Participate in cross-departmental compliance initiatives
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements
  • Prepare summaries and briefings for leadership
  • Support accreditation compliance efforts
  • Evaluate third-party vendor compliance documentation
  • Coordinate with external auditors as needed
  • Manage compliance-related communications
  • Update policies in response to regulatory shifts
  • Track compliance training completion rates
  • Identify systemic compliance improvement opportunities
  • Document compliance processes and workflows
  • Escalate critical findings to management
  • Ensure data privacy standards are followed
  • Support ethics and integrity program activities
