Culina Group is hiring a Compliance Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate training records and safety documentation in accordance with legal and internal standards.
  • Create and implement a Site Safety Management Plan to uphold a uniform safe working environment for staff, contractors, and visitors.
  • Conduct regular audits of the Safety Management Plan and revise it as needed to meet evolving regulatory and organizational requirements.
  • Support the rollout and coordination of Health & Safety and Food Safety (BRCGS) training programs at the site.
  • Collaborate with site leadership during incident investigations to identify root causes and recommend corrective steps.
  • Ensure all required site safety inspections are carried out completely and on schedule.
  • Keep all safety notice boards and communication areas up to date, including policies, certifications, meeting minutes, site rules, and first aid locations.
  • Uphold high standards of safety training, BRCGS compliance, and workplace health and safety practices.

Compensation

£26,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
