About the Role

The Compliance Analyst will assist in maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies by conducting monitoring activities, supporting audits, and contributing to compliance programs across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine compliance checks across departments to verify policy adherence
  • Assist in preparing materials for internal and external audits
  • Monitor regulatory updates and assess impact on current operations
  • Support the development and maintenance of compliance documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance initiatives
  • Track and report compliance metrics to supervisory staff
  • Participate in risk assessment processes related to regulatory exposure
  • Maintain compliance records and update tracking systems regularly
  • Provide support during investigations or compliance-related inquiries
  • Help deliver compliance training to employees as needed
  • Review procedural changes for regulatory alignment
  • Escalate identified compliance concerns following established protocols
  • Contribute to periodic compliance reporting for leadership review
  • Assist in onboarding new compliance tools or software platforms
  • Ensure data accuracy in compliance databases and logs
  • Work with legal staff to interpret new regulatory requirements
  • Support certification processes required by governing bodies
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive compliance information
  • Coordinate with regional teams to ensure global consistency
  • Identify opportunities to improve compliance efficiency
  • Follow up on corrective actions from audit findings
  • Assist in managing compliance calendars and deadlines
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Support documentation needs for regulatory submissions
  • Contribute to internal control testing activities
