  • Identifies applicable legal standards and government reporting obligations related to human resources.
  • Leads the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes for both salaried and hourly staff.
  • Organizes and delivers onboarding sessions for newly hired employees.
  • Maintains accurate documentation of employee benefits plans.
  • Coordinates and facilitates leadership development and management training initiatives.
  • Manages intricate compensation structures and related administrative processes.
  • Provides strategic advice to leadership on resolving workforce-related concerns.
  • Addresses employee and management inquiries about HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Oversees the administration of employee benefits offerings.
  • Delivers expert HR guidance and support to the management team
