Responsibilities

  • Performs data analysis and interprets findings to support business decisions
  • Evaluates quantitative and qualitative trends to inform strategic compensation outcomes
  • Offers guidance on broad-based, sales, specialized, and international compensation frameworks and alternatives
  • Examines compensation trends to evaluate current practices and recommend improvements
  • Supports the creation and rollout of key technology improvements related to compensation systems
  • Executes core compensation tasks including job grading, market benchmarking, and competitive pay analysis
  • Builds partnerships with internal stakeholders to embed compensation principles and deliver ongoing advisory support
  • Collaborates on designing cost-efficient, market-competitive compensation policies that support employee attraction, retention, and motivation
