Responsibilities
- Collaborate with new clients to understand their compensation data and align it with the platform's structure.
- Coordinate with onboarding specialists and integration engineers to ensure timely and precise system setup, reducing time to value.
- Examine and verify client-submitted data to detect discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
- Perform minor system configuration tasks such as field mapping, structural adjustments, and setting activations to enhance operational flow.
- Suggest and apply data refinements to boost system efficiency and performance.
- Engage with product and support departments to solve intricate data-related issues.
- Conduct demonstrations, training sessions, and research to communicate platform capabilities and their application to compensation management.
- Uncover patterns and actionable insights by leveraging the platform’s data network.
- Support the creation of research materials, articles, instructional guides, and educational resources as required.
