We are seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to strategically manage and optimize variable compensation processes within Apollo's Go-To-Market organization. This role demands a proactive, analytically-driven professional capable of executing complex compensation strategies in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage compensation management tools like CaptivateIQ to calculate, validate, and distribute commission payments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, People Operations, and Sales leadership to design comprehensive compensation plans
• Partner with data analytics teams to validate and reconcile compensation data
• Coordinate with implementation partners on system deployments and user acceptance testing
