As the Community Education Manager, you will shape how users learn to build business applications without code. You'll take full ownership of the company's video library and learning academy, crafting clear, practical tutorials and case study walkthroughs that guide users from their first steps to advanced use cases. Your work will directly empower a growing audience of makers, entrepreneurs, and teams building on the platform.
Content & Curriculum Development
You'll design and produce engaging video content, from scripting and filming to editing and publishing. Your curriculum will evolve over time to include structured learning paths tailored to different user stages—beginner to expert. You’ll also plan and lead live educational workshops in collaboration with partners, customers, and community leaders, ensuring the content remains relevant and impactful.
Community Leadership
In addition to content, you’ll serve as the public voice of the company’s education efforts. This includes representing the brand in demos, tutorials, and external events. You’ll co-manage the community forum, working closely with support to foster engagement, test new features like gamification and moderation programs, and help shift the space into a more interactive, user-driven environment.
Qualifications & Expectations
- At least three years of experience in instructional design, video production, or a similar role, ideally within a SaaS environment
- Proven ability to write and deliver effective educational content, including scripting and on-camera presentation
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience organizing and hosting online events or workshops
- Comfortable being a visible, front-facing representative of the education program
- Familiarity with no-code tools and a genuine interest in their potential to democratize software development
