In this role, you'll create meaningful connections between customers and the brand, fostering a space where businesses can learn, share, and grow together—both online and in person.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and lead initiatives that strengthen the Bókun user community, encouraging knowledge sharing and peer-to-peer growth among suppliers.
  • Develop educational programs—including webinars, email content, and social media—to re-engage free-tier users and guide new customers toward long-term success.
  • Drive referral growth by working closely with product teams to enhance brand loyalty and encourage organic advocacy.
  • Lead social media strategy with purpose-built content that expands reach, deepens engagement, and generates qualified leads.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and product departments to align community efforts with broader campaigns and unlock co-marketing potential through Tripadvisor’s network.
  • Monitor industry trends and customer behavior to continuously refine engagement strategies and improve customer retention.

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience building and managing online communities that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Solid background in customer or community marketing, with at least two years in a related role.
  • Strong grasp of social media best practices and digital content planning.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a focus on adaptability and continuous improvement.
  • A natural curiosity about travel, tourism, and the role of technology in shaping visitor experiences.
  • Someone who listens to feedback, challenges existing approaches, and evolves strategies to meet real user needs.
