- Monitor media coverage and assess public perception
- Assist in crisis communication planning and response
- Organize communication campaigns around major company events
- Maintain internal communication platforms and tools
- Draft executive communications such as leadership messages
- Coordinate with global teams to align messaging
- Track and report on communication metrics and effectiveness
- Manage editorial calendars for newsletters and announcements
- Support sustainability and corporate responsibility communications
- Provide communication guidance during change management initiatives
