Responsibilities
- Evaluate new commercial and Department of War technologies in communications and networking, covering both software and hardware components
- Design and implement innovative communication algorithms and network protocols through software development
- Work with cross-functional teams to prototype, integrate, and validate algorithms within complex, interconnected systems
- Create and conduct experimental test setups involving ground-based, aerial, and space platforms using hardware-in-the-loop simulation
- Gather and assess intricate datasets collected from both lab and real-world field trials
- Produce technical reports, peer-reviewed papers, and presentations tailored to diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to knowledge sharing through mentorship, educational initiatives, and technical community engagement

Compensation
Recent Graduate Hiring Range: $100,200-$120,000; Experienced Hiring Range: $100,200-$150,000
