Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 7 to 8 Account Executives to maximize performance
- Be accountable for team results, including meeting sales quotas and forecast precision
- Maintain a structured weekly schedule for reviewing sales pipelines, forecasts, and individual deals
- Ensure sales representatives continuously generate new pipeline and adhere to outbound activity standards
- Engage directly in active deals to improve execution from initial contact through closing
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to strengthen lead generation and conversion rates
- Refine focus on target accounts based on actual conversion data rather than theoretical appeal
- Utilize HubSpot, Gong, and Outreach to maintain clear visibility into sales activity and pipeline health
- Provide direct coaching to improve daily sales execution and raise overall team performance
