Responsibilities
- Ensure strong financial results by monitoring and driving revenue, profitability, and cash flow performance across projects
- Identify, assess, and manage commercial risks, contractual obligations, and potential claims to safeguard project and organizational interests
- Lead change management initiatives by identifying scope and schedule impacts, ensuring timely valuation and resolution
- Work closely with Project and Design Managers to address commercial issues and support smooth project execution
- Oversee contract management, financial forecasting, and performance monitoring throughout all project phases
- Assist in contract negotiations and ensure adherence to governance, legal, and risk management standards
- Coordinate with corporate departments including finance, legal, human resources, and risk management to enable project success
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors
