Responsibilities
- Performs service, repair, and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems including packaged rooftop units, split systems, chillers, heat pumps, and boilers.
- Updates job status in the electronic scheduling system, including arrival, completion, and detailed summaries of work performed.
- Secures customer approval for services and collects on-site payments when applicable.
- Keeps work vehicles and job locations clean and maintains a professional personal appearance at all times.
- Manages assigned service trucks, diagnostic equipment, and company uniforms responsibly.
- Mentors apprentices through on-site guidance and sets a standard for professional conduct.
- Attends required company meetings, trainings, and team gatherings as scheduled.
- Exercises sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential company and customer information.
- Builds strong, collaborative relationships with all team members and actively incorporates feedback.
