Responsibilities
- Act as Agile Lead and Release Train Engineer for Deal Management and Commercial Controls operations.
- Lead project execution across key commercial functions including RFPs, due diligence questionnaires, pricing strategies, business acceptance processes, Lead to Ledger workflows, billing corrections, fee schedule optimization, deal coordination, repricing initiatives, benchmarking analyses, and presentation development.
- Oversee critical compliance and operational controls such as KYC/AML, operational risk events, customer complaints, issue resolution, business resiliency, sanctions adherence, and financial crime prevention.
- Lead Agile rituals, align cross-functional teams, and promote ongoing process enhancements.
- Create and present high-impact strategic presentations for senior leadership using PowerPoint.
- Utilize consulting expertise to define problems, conduct data-driven analysis, and redesign business processes.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
