- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM South African time, adjusted for daylight saving).
- Occasional weekend availability may be necessary if customer contact occurs.
- Shift adjustments will be communicated in advance by the employer.
- Employees must be available to work on both South African and U.S. public holidays; compensation for South African holidays follows BCEA regulations.
- A fixed fibre internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps upload and download speeds and wired Ethernet support is required.
- A dependable power backup system is essential to handle load shedding or electrical outages.
