Invisible Technologies is hiring a Coding Specialist (Fluent in Chinese) – AI Trainer to help shape the future of AI and democratize world-class education. In this role, you will challenge advanced language models on software engineering topics, document failure modes, and help harden model reasoning.
What You'll Do
- Converse with AI models on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Chinese
- Verify logical accuracy and coding fluency of model outputs
- Assess naturalness and correctness of Chinese language usage
- Capture reproducible error traces
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Chinese
- Expertise in algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field
- Real-world coding experience
- Technical writing in Chinese
- Open-source contributions
