Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care focused on patient comfort, hygiene, skin integrity, safety, mobility, and assistance with eating and bathroom needs.
- Respond quickly to patient requests and call systems to address needs promptly.
- Communicate changes in patient condition or requirements clearly and in a timely way to the Registered Nurse.
- Record vital signs, fluid intake and output, meal consumption, hygiene activities, weights, and other care tasks accurately, reporting results to the nurse without delay.
- Ensure patient records are complete, accurate, and kept confidential at all times.
- Support nursing staff by performing assigned care tasks under direct supervision.
- Deliver care that honors each patient’s dignity, values, and individual needs while working cooperatively with the care team.
- Report any safety risks, errors, or concerns affecting patient well-being to the healthcare team immediately.
Work Arrangement
On-site — Lakewood, Colorado

- Schedule: three 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends and holidays.
- Must be committed to practicing at the top of your license.
- Must have a strong work ethic, compassionate approach to patient care, and ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic healthcare team.
- Located at St. Anthony Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center and Magnet® designated hospital.
