Responsibilities
- Identify and deploy automated solutions to improve efficiency across IT and business processes
- Support the management and optimization of core cloud systems to maintain security and performance
- Lead administration of critical platforms such as identity management (JumpCloud) and productivity environments (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
- Act as the primary technical expert for IT Support on advanced systems issues
- Take responsibility for high-priority incidents and design sustainable engineering fixes
- Partner with cross-functional teams on international IT initiatives, from planning through training and support
- Support vendor relationship management for technology services and tools
- Create detailed and accessible documentation for systems and operational workflows
