Fueled is seeking a Cloud Solutions Engineer to drive the technical vision for complex, cross-platform digital products. In this role, you will translate ambitious requirements into scalable and secure software architectures, serving as the bridge between business strategy and engineering reality.
What You'll Do
- Assess business requirements and existing systems to create comprehensive technical roadmaps.
- Propose solutions and develop PoCs that aggregate web services, SaaS platforms, AI systems, and custom components into a cohesive whole.
- Advocate for sound, scalable technical solutions using expertise in Service-Oriented Architecture, Architectural Decision Records, and Microservices.
- Support engineering leads in selecting frameworks and defining data models.
- Design and manage robust cloud environments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Set the standard for DevOps by implementing CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Communicate complex architectural strategies to audiences of varying seniority.
- Produce clear, actionable documentation and UML diagrams as blueprints for development teams.
What We're Looking For
- A strategic systems thinker who designs ecosystems and integrates diverse SaaS platforms and payment systems.
- Deep familiarity with a wide variety of languages (JS, Python, Go) and principles (REST, GraphQL, MVC).
- Well-versed in data protection and compliance regulations (GDPR, HIPAA).
- Drive to expand professional growth and a natural capacity to mentor others.
- Thrives on agile collaboration, open communication, constant feedback, and short decision paths.
