Extreme Networks is looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer to support the reliability and performance of our cloud infrastructure. You will be a key contributor in maintaining the platform that serves our global customers.
What You'll Do
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain cloud platform health and performance
- Implement and manage infrastructure automation and configuration as code
- Respond to incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures
- Collaborate with development and engineering teams on deployment and operational processes
- Participate in on-call rotations to support platform availability
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in cloud operations, DevOps, or site reliability engineering
- Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages for automation
- Ability to diagnose complex system and network issues effectively

This is a remote position. Candidates must be located in Ontario, Canada.
