About the Role
You will support the team in developing the Fioneer Credit Workplace, a new product for managing commercial real estate loans, by contributing to its development and launch through modern frontend technologies and agile practices.
Responsibilities
- Engage in the full development lifecycle, from defining requirements to deploying completed applications.
- Collaborate with seasoned team members to design and build modern, scalable applications.
- Develop micro frontends and reusable packages using React with JavaScript/TypeScript, ensuring a unified user interface through UI5-webcomponents-react and leveraging advanced tools like tanstack react-query.
- Contribute to building and integrating a reliable end-to-end testing framework into CI/CD pipelines on GitHub.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or related STEM degree program with strong academic performance.
- Fluent in written and spoken German.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Demonstrate an independent, organized work style with a focus on code quality and long-term maintainability.
- Hands-on experience with modern single-page application frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Practical knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, routing mechanisms, and REST API integration.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with React is beneficial.
- Familiarity with micro frontends, bundlers, and package development is a plus.
- Interest in end-to-end testing tools, particularly Playwright.
- Curiosity about cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure.
- Engagement with CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions.
- Some exposure to agile methodologies or project-based software development is advantageous.
