About the Role
This position leads the design, implementation, and support of cloud-based business intelligence and DevOps systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of cloud-based BI solutions
- Oversee DevOps pipeline implementation and optimization
- Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration
- Manage cloud infrastructure provisioning and monitoring
- Guide technical teams in adopting CI/CD best practices
- Support incident resolution and system performance tuning
- Develop documentation for architectures and processes
- Mentor developers in cloud and DevOps methodologies
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define technical requirements
- Evaluate emerging technologies for cloud and BI enhancements
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness
- Drive automation of deployment and testing workflows
- Monitor cloud service usage and cost efficiency
- Lead root cause analysis for production issues
- Facilitate agile ceremonies for development teams
- Enforce coding standards and version control practices
- Integrate monitoring and alerting tools across environments
- Support identity and access management policies
- Promote reusable components and design patterns
- Ensure regulatory compliance for data handling
- Manage third-party vendor relationships for cloud services
- Oversee database performance and scalability
- Lead technical onboarding for new team members
- Contribute to long-term IT strategic planning
