Responsibilities
- Construct and deploy application environments on Kubernetes-based platforms
- Set up and manage containerized workloads in cloud environments, with a preference for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Develop application platforms using Environment Modeling with Terraform-driven Infrastructure as Code
- Provision and configure environments using standardized blueprints and automated frameworks
- Configure runtime settings, networking, and integrations with platform services
- Ensure consistent, automated, and repeatable environment delivery in alignment with organizational standards
- Deliver fully operational application platforms ready for handover to operations
- Tune and enhance application runtime configurations for optimal performance
- Enable integration between application components and middleware, databases, and external systems
- Apply proven deployment strategies and industry best practices for containerized applications
- Maintain compliance with security, performance, and operational benchmarks
- Verify environments meet operational, security, and performance criteria
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Support performance testing and readiness assessments before production launch
- Produce and deliver comprehensive handover documentation to operations teams
- Assist during production go-live and post-deployment stabilization
- Carry out delivery tasks according to project scope, schedule, and quality requirements
- Collaborate with architecture, automation, and project management units
- Identify and resolve obstacles and technical interdependencies in delivery pipelines
- Provide reliable progress reporting, effort estimates, and status updates
