About the Role
This role is responsible for managing the final stages of the loan lifecycle, ensuring all required documents are complete, accurate, and compliant before disbursement. The analyst collaborates with underwriting and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain processing efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Verify borrower information against underwriting records
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in submitted paperwork
- Communicate with sales and underwriting teams to clarify requirements
- Prepare closing packages for final approval
- Track and update loan status in internal systems
- Maintain organized digital records of executed documents
- Support audit readiness by ensuring documentation integrity
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed
- Follow established procedures to minimize processing errors
- Meet daily and weekly closing volume targets
- Adhere to data privacy and security protocols
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members
